SATURDAY 22 DECEMBER 2018: 1.45pm KICK OFF.

CROWD CONTROL PROCEDURE
following a meeting with Police Scotland and discussions with Auchinleck Talbot FC and Cumnock Juniors FC, the following measures were agreed and will be implemented to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all who attend the above match.

                                                                         CODE OF CONDUCT

• STRICTLY NO ALCOHOL WILL BE ALLOWED INSIDE THE GROUND, ALSO PERSONS WHO ARE INTOXICATED BY ANY MEANS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED ADMISSION TO THE MATCH.

• SUPPORTERS ARE NOT PERMITTED TO ENTER THE FIELD OF PLAY AT ANY TIME, ANYONE FOUND TO BE DOING SO WILL BE BANNED FROM FUTURE MATCHES

• THREATENING BEHAVIOUR, RACIST, SECTARIAN OR DISCRIMINATORY ABUSE IS NOT ACCEPTABLE AND WILL NOT BE TOLLERATED BY THE CLUB

AUCHINLECK TALBOT SUPPORTERS will occupy the Stand, the Terracing from the Stand to the Clubhouse, the Coal Road and Main Street Terracing up to the segregation point on the North side of the West Covered Enclosure. AUCHINLECK TALBOT SUPPORTERS are asked to enter and exit the ground by the Social Club Turnstiles.
Disabled Access will also be via the Social Club Gates

CUMNOCK JUNIORS COACHES will drop supporters at the MAIN STREET CAR PARK END OF THE GROUND and their fans are asked enter and exit from the NORTH TURNSTILES.  On entering the ground access will be allowed for the CUMNOCK JUNIORS Supporters to occupy the Terracing behind the Bank End Goals and the East Terracing up to the Stand.
DISABLED ACCESS WILL BE AVAILABLE AT THE SOCIAL CLUB GATES.

DISABLED AND LADIES TOILET FACILITIES AT COAL ROAD END OF THE GROUND.

Both Auchinleck Talbot and Cumnock Juniors supporters are welcome to use the Club’s catering facilities but are asked to return to their designated areas once served.

POLICE SCOTLAND and SECURITY PERSONNEL will be on hand to assist with the smooth running of the match.

ADMISSION: ADULTS £6.00 — CONCESSIONS £3.00 – GATES WILL OPEN AT 12.45PM
Spectators are asked to get along to the match early to avoid any delays, and if possible, have the correct admission money.

Talbot will head to Renfrew today after Blantyre Victoria and Thorton Hibs saw their pitches deemed unplayable. Safe journey and good luck Talbot.

Renfrew have agreed to host Talbot in a league game this Saturday if the playing surface’s at Thornton Hibs and Blantryre Victoria are deemed unplayable. The club will let the outcome be known ASAP

🔶Remember please Talbot loyal that the Talbot youth academy are in the Tesco blue token scheme at the moment and stand to raise £4000 if first and it’s going towards taking on their own facilities to keep the football facilities we currently have in Auchinleck in Auchinleck hands and used for football as it’s a football community, we really need you fans support on this so please keep putting your blue tokens in the one marked Auchinleck Talbot youth academy , this is for ages 2000,2003,2006,2007,2008,2009,

2011,2012, the girls Talbot team and also the Talbot tots,

This is the chance to build a legacy for the youth of Auchinleck to run under the Talbot banner as well as the successful junior team and add yet more success in this great footballing community, the future looks bright and with your help it will be ….these teams keep lots of kids involved and into something worthwhile it maybe your sons , daughters, grandkids, nieces , nephews etc so let’s together give them the platform to do something they love and let us enjoy watching and helping them do it ⚫️🔶

SPECTATOR CODE OF CONDUCT

All persons entering the Ground are admitted subject to the condition that they may be required to submit to search to prevent dangerous articles being brought into the ground which might be used to cause injury to persons or property

Unauthorised persons are not permitted to enter upon the field of play or the perimeter track. Failure to comply may result in arrest or removal from the stadium,

application of a stadium ban and/or instigation of Football Banning Order procedures.

lt is an offence under the terms of the Criminal Law (Consolidation) (Scotland) Act 1995, as amended by the Crime and Disorder Act, 1998 to make any remarks

of a racist nature. Any breach of this offence may result in arrest and instigation of Football Banning Order procedures.

lt is an offence under the Public 0rder Act 1986 forany person to enter, or attempt to enter the Ground whilst in possession of any article or substance whose main function is the emission of a flare for the purposes of illuminating or signalling (as opposed to

igniting or heating) or the emission of smoke or visible gas, and in particular includes distress flares, fog signals and pellets and capsules intended to be a used as fumigators or for testing pipes. with any article which is a firework and subsequently activate smoke canisters and/or pyrotechnics, which can endanger the safety of spectators.

lt is an offence under the Criminal Law (Consolidation) (Scotland)Act l99S to enter or attempt to enter the Ground:

. Whilst in possession of a controlled container which is or was capable of holding liquid and which, if thrown would be capable of causing injury to another person

. Whilst in possession of alcohol

. Whilst drunk

The use of threatening behaviour, foul or abusive language is strictly forbidden. Racial, sectarian, homophobic or discriminatory abuse or chanting is also

forbidden and is considered as unacceptable conduct and may result in arrest and/or instigation of Football Banning Order procedures.

Persistent standing is forbidden in seated viewing areas. Anyone who continues to stand after having been requested not to may be removed from the stadium

and be subject to a ban.

Under no circumstances is it permitted to throw any objects whether on to the pitch or     track or otherwise.

PLEASE SEE ATTACHED GROUND PLAN which indicates that Away Supporters should enter at Gate 1 for the Ground and Gate 4 for the Stand. Stand will be limited to 100 away supporters but we will control that at the gate.
