Talbot Under 18s

Auchinleck Talbot FC wish to congratulate our under 18s following their tremendous 6-1 Victory over Huntly in the SFA Scottish Youth Cup Second Round, to make the last 16 of the tournament.

Well done all!!!!!

Talbot have drawn East of Scotland side West Calder in the South Challenge Cup 3rd round. West Calder currently sit 5th in the EOSL 1st Division Conference X. The full draw is.

Spectators Protocol
Preston Athletic are delighted to be welcoming supporters back to Pennypit Park for
the 2021/22 football season. We ask all visitors to the ground to observe the
following specific guidelines for this Scottish Cup R2 match:
Home Support
1. On street parking at the south end of the ground at the North Grange Avenue
entrance and the surrounding area. There are 4 designated disabled parking
spaces available in the small car park adjacent to the ground. Please note that
the covered accessible viewing area inside the ground is located at the North
Grange Avenue end.
2. Home support to enter the ground at the North Grange Avenue gate where a
socially distanced queuing system will be in place:
• Please arrive early – gates will be open 1 hour before kick–off.
• Home end tickets only can be booked at app.fanbaseclub.com or by
downloading the Fanbase app on Android and iPhone
• Please note this match is all ticket – please do not arrive at the ground if
you do not have a pre–purchased ticket
Away Support
3. On street parking at the north end of the ground at the Rope Walk entrance and
surrounding area. There are 4 designated disabled parking spaces available
outside the Pennypit Centre.

4. Away support to enter the ground at the Rope Walk gate where a socially
distanced queuing system will be in place:
• Please arrive early – gates will be open 1 hour before kick–off.
• Please note this match is all ticket – please do not arrive at the ground if
you do not have a pre–purchased ticket
General
5. A queuing system will also be in place at the toilets in the clubhouse due to pre–
booked limited numbers being permitted inside and this will rotate on a one
in/one out basis. There are also toilets located at each end of the stand for use
by spectators, again on a one in/ one out basis. Additional portable toilets will
also be in place at the away end of the ground.
6. Hand sanitising stations are available at the entrances to the ground, all toilets,
refreshment gazebo and kiosk.
7. At the end of the match spectators should leave the ground in a socially
distanced manner via the following 2 exits

 

 

• the gate at the North Grange Avenue end of the ground
• the double gates at the Rope Walk end of the ground.
Note: These guidelines are in place to ensure the health and safety of everyone
attending Pennypit Park and we would appreciate if everyone could follow
them.

Preston Athletic will host their second-round tie against Auchinleck Talbot at their home
ground, Pennypit Park. This document outlines the match day arrangements that will be in
place on the day to ensure the comfort and safety of both Home and Away supporters
attending the match, as well as for all officials, players and staff involved.
The match will be all ticket.
Scottish Government, Health and Safety Executive and Other Relevant Advice
All guidance has been considered in conjunction with Scottish Government, Health and
Safety Executive and other relevant advice at the time.
All guidance and documentation is subject to constant change as the pandemic conditions
develop.
The Club will issue a copy of this document to visiting clubs and will endeavour to highlight
any changes to processes, rules and regulations before each match.
Stadium Zoning
The Pennypit has been divided into three zones; Green Zone, Amber Zone and Red Zone.
Access to all areas is restricted.
Green Zone: The area of the stadium where access control points and vehicle parking are
located. Some of this zone is outwith the stadium but is within the immediate
vicinity and is used to access the stadium.
Amber Zone: Covers the entry and exit points into the stadium, the stand, public toilets
Red Zone: Covers changing facilities, tunnel, the pitch, and technical areas.

All zones will be active 1 hour before kick-off.
The number of visiting team personnel must be confirmed to the Club Secretary by 12 noon on the day prior to the match.

Car Parking
There are no parking restrictions or other traffic management procedures in place for the match. There is free on street parking in the vicinity of the pitch but as this is a residential area this may be limited.
Entry to the Stadium
Home Team, Coaches and Club Officials
Home players, team management, coaches and club officials should park at the North Grange Avenue (south) end of the stadium and will access via Gate A. Players and coaches will be allocated the “Home Changing Room” in the stand and home team club officials will be allocated seating in the south end of the stand.
Away Team, Coaches and Club Officials
Away players, team management, coaches and club officials should park at the Rope Walk Royal British Legion (north) end of the stadium and will access via Gate B. Players and coaches will be allocated the “Away Changing Room” in the stand and away team club officials will be allocated seating in the north end of the stand.
Match Officials
Match officials can park at either end of the stadium and will access the stadium via the home team entrance via Gate A. Changing rooms are available for match officials in the stand. Secure storage will be provided for any match officials’ valuables or equipment, although the Club cannot be held liable for any loss.
Media
Media personnel should park at the North Grange Avenue (south) end of the stadium and will access via Gate A. Media personnel will be allowed into the Amber Zone area in the stand and all Green Zone areas.
Supporters
Home supporters can enter the ground via Gate A only.
Away supporters can enter via Gate B only.
Non-Emergency Exit Arrangements
All personnel will exit the ground via the nearest opened gate.
Emergency Exit Arrangements
Follow club officials’ directions and/or use the nearest exit.

Sanitisation Points
Hand sanitiser points are located throughout the stadium including all stadium entry points. Users should sanitise their hands on a regular basis and make use of hand washing facilities within the toilet facilities.
Social Distancing and Face Coverings
All users should always keep to responsible social distancing.
Face coverings must be worn in all indoor public areas when moving around.
Changing Facilities and Showers
Changing rooms and shower facilities are now open for use.

Toilet facilities
Players and match officials – there are toilet facilities in the changing rooms within the stand.
Spectators – there are accessible toilets available for both Home and Away supporters; Home supporters in the Preston Athletic clubhouse, Away supporters at the north end (external) of the stand.
Additional temporary toilet accommodation will be provided in the away end of the ground to suit the expected spectator capacity.
Segregation
Segregation has been considered outside the stadium by allocating separate parking and entry gates for Home and Away support.
Within the stadium two areas have been identified to provide effective segregation of opposing supporters, in line with the access gates allocated to each side.
In the middle of the seating deck in the stand there will be a designated and stewarded area which will only be occupied by identified officials and media with Home support towards the south end and Away support towards the north end. The area will be delineated by barrier tape.
A second segregation zone has been identified opposite the stand which will separate the two sets of supporters. This area will, again, be stewarded and will be delineated by two lines of barriers and barrier tape. Media may occupy this area should they wish to do so.
Clubhouse
The clubhouse bar will be open only for pre-booked hospitality and visiting Committee Members. Alcohol will not be sold while the match is in progress, in line with the Criminal Law (Consolidation (Scotland) Act 1995.
First Aid
There will be two dedicated first aid providers within the stadium to attend to any crowd incidents. Both teams will have their own specific first aid providers for players. A first aid room is available within the club house.
Stewards
Sufficient volunteer stewards, directly under the control of the club, will be briefed on their duties and deployed to strategic areas of the ground. Main duties include directing supporters to facilities, assisting with egress or evacuation, as appropriate, and working under direction to assist the emergency services if necessary
