Following discussions between Auchinleck Talbot FC, Lochee United FC and Police Scotland, the following measures were agreed and will be implemented to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all who attend the above match.
CODE OF CONDUCT
AUCHINLECK TALBOT FC SUPPORTERS are asked to enter and exit the ground by the Social Club Turnstiles.
LOCHEE UNITED FC COACHES will drop supporters at MAIN STREET CAR PARK and their fans are asked enter and exit from the NORTH END TURNSTILES. At the end of the match the SUPPORTERS COACHES will uplift fans at MAIN STREET CAR PARK.
DISABLED ACCESS WILL BE AVAILABLE AT THE SOCIAL CLUB GATES.
DISABLED, LADIES & GENTS TOILET FACILITIES AT COAL ROAD END OF THE GROUND.

BLACKPOOL EASTER TOURNAMENT 2018
Auchinleck Talbot 2008s travelled to England to play in the Blackpool Cup 2018. competing against teams from Belgium, Romania, Ireland, England & Scotland. After two days of intense, competitive football, Talbot 08s went on to lift the under 10s Blackpool Cup 2018 trophy.
A great weekend, a special well done to every player taking part in their first every competitive tournament and doing the club proud. The Team Will parade the Trophy Prior to our Scottish Junior Cup Semi Final First Leg v Lochee United.

Adam who sadly died recently was born and spent his early years in Auchinleck before moving to Penicuik, he was also a lifelong Talbot fan.

The venue for Saturday’s Ayrshire Cup tie between Whitletts Victoria and Auchinleck Talbot has been switched and will now be played at Beechwood Park with a 2pm kick off.
The reason for the switch is that there are concerns over the state of the pitch at Dam Park with drainage problems meaning that there is surface water currently lying on the pitch. And with no improvement in the weather forecast for the rest of the week but clubs agreed it would be better to switch the tie to Beechwood Park.

Congratulations are in order for our 2008s as follows….

Given that the principle of Pyramid appears to meet with the approval of the majority of members, the next step will be to arrange an EGM, either sooner or prior to the AGM, to have the decision promulgated.
I also intend to write to the Board of the Scottish FA advising them of these results and also requesting them to agree in principle – subject to the outcome of the EGM – to the Juniors joining the Pyramid system.
