LATE CALL OFF ENDS CLYDEBANK CLASH
Talbot’s 7.30pm kick off fell foul of match referee Chris Hughes who deemed parts of Beechwood too hard for the game to kick off. This was a major blow to the club and volunteers who had laid out frost covers on Tuesday afternoon and removed them just before the referee inspected the pitch. The club also had a local referee inspect the pitch at 3pm where the surface was deemed playable, but heavy frost in the three hour period proved to be too much for the pitch to take.
The club would like to apologise to any fans who made the journey to the ground and of course the players and officials of both clubs.

The club wishes to thank everyone who assisted in covering the ground yesterday in preparation for this evening’s match v Clydebank.
The game will go ahead following a precautionary inspection this afternoon.
Volunteers are asked to attend the ground at around 6pm to remove the covers, and we require further assistance after the match to relay in preparation for Saturday’s visit from Johnstone Burgh.

The areas marked in orange (The Asda Side) have been allocated to away fans. Talbot supporters should enter and exit the ground from the “Asda” Gate.
The red areas will be the two supporter segregation zones, and these will be manned by stewards. Police Scotland will also have a presence in and around the ground.
No alcohol is permitted within the ground and entry is by cash only, supporters are asked to bring the correct change if possible.
Gates will open at 12.45pm and spectators are asked to turn up early to avoid congestion and delays around kick-off time.
Admission is £7 for adults, £4 for concessions and u16’s are admitted free if accompanied by an adult. Kick-off is 1.45pm.
Access to Nock Nosh and Toilet facilities will be available to visiting supporters up until 5 minutes before full time. There will also be extra portable toilets placed at the ASDA side for visiting supporters.
