Talbot pay the penalty

Talbot lost to East cracks Bonnyrigg Rose in a penalty shootout to decide the destination of the first Pro-Turfcare Ltd Trophy. In a very competitive match where four players were booked in the opening 20 minutes Talbot came from behind thanks to a Stephen Wilson penalty late into the game. Unfortunately Stephen was one of the culprits who missed his penalty during the shootout. It was a good workout for both sides with the Talbot fans getting a first glimpse of new boy Liam Weir.
